New Bolsters

After 10 years my coaming bolsters are getting pretty ragged.
Question: How does the standard foam coaming bolster compare with the new SeaDek bolster? The SeaDek seems less soft but more rugged and much easier to install. How does the price compare?

Loud, you can probably get by with re-skinning the old ones. Unless damaged, the foam and backing can be reused, with the convenience of using the existing mounting locations. So, no holes to fix.
