Thought the bite would of slowed with the water temps dropping over night, pleasantly surprised with a good bite.
Started the day at Ft Clinch river side, no bites after an hour so I changed plans. Moved to Amelia Island, and it was on. Didn’t count but filled the cooler, all chunky sized. Gonna have a nice fish fry tomorrow with friends and family.
Current was strong north to south, but 4oz mostly did the trick. Missed a lot of bites due to the waves, but turned out okay in the end. Fished the beach in Amelia from 2-5.
