I measured 68 degrees last Saturday. It must be in the low 70's by now. The trout are out on the flats.

I fish every minute I can regardless of tide. That said, as long as it is moving it is good. Some inshore spots tide makes a difference.
I agree Slacker, moving water makes a big difference.
