  I get a $100 gift card every year to complete a health survey with my insurance company. Do I eat bacon? Hell no of course not. Beer? Nope, never touched the stuff. Cheeseburgers and french fries. Try pineapple cottage cheese and carrot sticks for me.

  My wife use to do the Arbitron TV rating mail yrs ago. Back then it was only $1 for agreeing to do the rating diaries.

  It occurs to me that the 5$ belongs to me....the tax payer. I would like it back.

  On that subject, I get "industry" surveys a couple time a month related to my business. Take the survey and I get between $50 to $200 each one.

  They paid me over a grand last year, so fine with me, and they don't take much time.
