New closed fishing zones in Loxahatchee River?

Saw these signs with FWC letterhead on them posted at 5389 Pennock Point Road that belongs to Shelley Heinemann. Is this a legal FWC closed fishing area or is the owner a d bag trying to intimidate legal fishermen with fraudulent signage?

Easy enough to check the validity of those signs. Clearly not a Federal Fisheries issue.

I call BS on the signage. It isn't listed on FWC website. The owner might be trying to persuade fisherman to go elsewhere but the law is on the side of the fisherman. I would have no problem fishing around the docks/seawall, just don't tie up to any private property!
