New too the forum lookin for a little help?

Can anyone help me find a good Tutorial on tying a pinfish? Thank for have me & thank if you can help!

    You might try looking for the Aaron Adams book "Guide to Saltwater Prey" Good place to start.

    Not sure where you'd find a pinfish tutorial. I tie over 130 different patterns and pinfish flies were never requested by any shop I ever tied for... In the meantime check out the thread at the top of this board... it's 103 pages long now and I always find something interesting. Crack a cold one and start from page one... Good luck - remember that if fish are eating pins - they'll probably eat anything in the same size range... at least that's my take on it.

    welcome aboard, Slab. I'm new too but a very long time lurker.
    although not a tutorial, but a design that I saw used up in North Carolina
    when pier fishing. I never used it, but it looks like it would be a good rig.

    .oh - I thought you were asking how to tie a pinfish with hooks for bait !! lol - my bad.

    What you are looking for is "baitfish patterns," primarily ties using Pugliesi fibers. There are probably a million on the web.
