Has anyone tried out a clear fly line from this years offerings?
How do they compare to casting a Tarpon or “big fly” taper line.
Any difference in the wind, both the cast and the line at your feet?
If you have a Fly Line Scale would you weight the first 30 ft, then the first 40 ft???
I almost never have more than 40 ft of "line in the air" when I'm casting and I only use manufacturers labeling of a ?wt fly line as a starting guide when I'm selecting lines.
