Headed out to Edison this morning on absolute glass conditions! Started trolling the deep divers and and a feather jig but all the deep divers were getting slimed with jellyfish. So I pulled all the divers out and put down a diving planer with a green spinning flasher and a glow in the dark spoon/hoochie. Immediately the rod goes off and it was a good size Jack then a small Barracuda then a big Spanish mac. I couldn't hardly get the boat back in gear before the rod went off again. I pulled the feather jig out and trolled the 1 rod around for the next hour at all different depths catching a Kingfish,Spanish mac. Blue runners, Jacks, even a couple of Lizard fish! Great day!!!

This was the rig I had caught all the fish on. It is a diving plane with a spinning flasher attached to the back and then about 7ft. of 40lb. fluoro attached to a glow in the dark green and pearl spoon/hoochie.
Thanks for the tackle TIP.
