  I haven't seen anything since the Aug 4th release. Was hoping they would open it by this weekend.

  Reports from people I know qho have neen scouting, state very few and far between. Also heard a couple of tbe marine dept.'s from a couple universities transported scallops from St Mark/Apalach area to St. Joe to help out.
  I am betting it does not evem open in St. Joe this year.
