Headed out of the inlet around 8:30am. The good: lots of bait on the surface straight out. Large schools of sardines and thread fins. Just look for the birds. The bad: It was rough for my 21CC. Could have filled the tank, but settled on 12-15 as I was getting a little nauseous. I slowly made my way out and slowed trolled from 50-62 ft. Water temp got to 79.5, it was 75 in the inlet. The Kings were think. Ranging from 10-25 lbs. Had one on that about spooled by small Penn International with 20 lb test before it broke off. No pics, you have seen them before, released everything's as I already have some in the fridge. The tide was ripping out as I headed in so if you have a smaller boat be careful.
