I won one last year. I never used it, but it was cheap. Sold it to a guy from Coral Springs who was going to use it to fish for bass in canals -- probably perfect for that. Came with a rod holder making it a good bang for the buck. It was not a kayak I would feel comfortable in offshore. You get what you pay for. For a means to fish protected water away from the shore, it seemed suitable.

    I agree with John.
For the same money look for higher quality brand on craigs list or look at the Prescador 12 (550.00 at Austin Kayak) or similar.

actually I bought one for the wife and tried it out, was very stable and tracks well. I am 230# and stood up in it with no problem, the high low seat is very comfortable. For the price its a very good option....

Ask around at a highdollar store for a cosmetic blemishes model, I got my kid a new tarpon 100 for 599.
We still haven't found the blem, and it has a full factory warranty.
    Unblemished ones were 750ish there.
I'd rather have a scratched wilderness/Jackson than an unscathed cheaper yak.
You're going to scratch it. Probably loading it up in the lot.
The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles.
