LET'S GO SLI 5/27/17 BIN TOO LONG

After a long hiatus I was able to muster up enough ambition to get the LET'S GO back on the water, ever since our encounter with the rocks there at West End my ambitions had been nill. You need to avoid depression at all cost.

As we're fish in the tournament we got an early start and were at the launching ramp by 5:30 AM, the short run to the inlet and arrived by the release time of 6:15 AM we checked in with the committee boat as boat number 72. Our plans are to run directly to deeper water and look for anything of interest.

In about 85 feet of water the color is very good but no weeds are any thing of interest, we decide to drop in our spread of rigged ballyhoo and continue our easterly trek. In 90 feet or so we encounter some scattered weed's that turned into somewhat of a weed line. And before long we have a schoolie on and about that quick he is back off.

We continue to the East and in quick fashion we encounter another schoolie with about the same results. In the around 900 feet beautiful color to the water we find some scattered weed's once again and back in about 185 feet we get a nice hit and believe it to be I should under line the word believe to be a nice dolphin, that will turn out to be a decent size slinger. Dan wrangles him to the boat and Luis grabs the line and slings him into the box where he will enjoy a very nice ice bath.

He's about 27 inches long and weighs 6.85 pounds and we don't even bother having him weighed in. I made up a short video that is not very good and I had to read the directions in order to how to render it up. I am very out of date on my skills at making post my apology. At all cost I implore you to avoid depression. Good luck to all from the LET'S GO.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL FROM TEAM LET'S GO,
BONES AND BOOMER. :dog :dog LET'S MAKE EVERY TRIP COUNT
