ICE

Is there anywhere in the PCB area to buy block ice? I'd like to find a source as an option to the $2 - $3 a bag cubes. Thanks for any leads.

I used to freeze blocks using tupperware boxes. Handling it was kind of a pain but helped with overnight trips.

I do the same thing, only I use battery boxes for the mold. A lot tougher and just about the right size. Put a couple of inches of water in every day till it's full & spray the box with water to release the ice. Blocks can be stacked in the freezer.

Battery box, 2 liter jugs, buckets. What ever is available. They all work fine.
