The Latest and Greatest!!

Hey everyone! Hope you were able to get out with the little spell of good weather we have had. Nosed out the other day in search of the Elusive Brown Fish, and was totally skunked.. except for chancing some very large Jack Crevelle's in the beach break and playing with a school of Bonita. The 1st JC was brought to the boat on 12lb test line.. needless to say it took a while.. he was right at the boat when he made a dash snapping the pole in half.. I underestimated this guy!! I threw another shiny shad on my 760 penn and muscled him in. The bonita were fun too, but not much of a fight. Although we didn't bring in my target species, there was a little blood spilled on the deck and that's all that matters. It was a great day on the water. I am really loving living here. Thanks and tight lines.. I'll work on the couple of pics I have and upload them. I always get told that they are to big are something lame. I'll give it a college try.
