Is it legal to tie up to abandoned railroad trestles or dock pilings or bridges?

Is it legal to tie up to those structures? For instance... the phosphate dock pilings at Boca Grande? Or the trestle at El Jobean Bridge? Or the bridge pilings themselves anywhere?
We have a discussion going on in the SW forum right now... I always thought you weren't legally allowed to tie up to any of them.

Thanks.

The old train trestle in Placida and the El Jo are all marked as No Trespassing by the county and therefore off limits even to tying up. I'm not sure about the Phosphate dock (Lee County).
