  You can bet your last dollar that if there was a firearm out there that would go off...by itself...without human contact...that it would immediately be taken off the market....
  
  ...and if you don't like that.....let a child's toy pinch one kids finger they get immediately removed from the shelves....

  using that logic we could start with hoodie wearing swarthy youth or tatted up lighter complexioned trailer park trash.
  The elimination of them would solve the bad dog problem too.

  I am glad to only be a bird hunter with bird dogs...being a shooter or dog handler or whatever other niche exists to separate appears to generate far too much about which to worry.

  Pit Bulls in the hood, carry a pump spray bottle of pure household ammonia set to stream, bad dog approaches, only takes one shot to the snout to change his whole attitude, nothing is going to shake that off. Can't breath, can't fight.
