  Catch Shares are not supported by Southeast Fisheries Association, the industry lobby. They are loved by the NGOs and some in NOAA.
  
  Very few "rich commercial fisherman" out there, very few!
  
  Where you are correct is in the basics, that being that big entities like regulation and special deals.
  
  And I'll stop there because we are slipping over into POLITICS.......and I am to old to get banned!

  There isn't a commercial guy around here that wants this. This is coming from up nort in the Carolinas. There is a few individuals that own a few snapper boats that this would be beneficial too. The rest of them are very opposed to this and are fighting against it.
