I agree 100%.
The cop followed the Use of Force Continuum. The "victim" had a weapon within maximum effective range and was not responding to the verbal commands. I've read some places where it says he had mental issues and may have been deaf which if that's true he shouldn't have had a permit to carry imo. Its a shame someone dies but the cop did what he was supposed to do regardless of the mans skin color, can we get over that part of it?
Where have you seen that he had a permit to carry?
The dude was a convicted felon and would have failed a background check, also his wife had filed for a restraining order because he threatened to shoot her.
Read the article below for details.

I guess that there's many ways that could be taken...how do you mean what you wrote?
.... how many bullets does the chamber hold?
As opposed to in the clip....

Why is that Phil?
You're probably right...I just wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt...
What does that mean?
You nailed it.
Well there you go. I have read enough stories on police brutality or people trying to justify why a person was not listening to orders from an officer and got shot. Really don't need to read another one. So a felon carrying a gun is essentially committing another felony if i'm not mistaken.
This wins ignorant statement of the day, its still early but for now you've got it!
He posted it yesterday.
True. We can just make it 'Ignorant statement of the week' probably more applicable anyways.
