Went out again today will a live well full of Gogs and Runners this time. Wanted to try and replicate the day we had Saturday (3/4 on Sails - that report is also posted). Set up the kite and flatlines and waited. And kept waiting.. Didn't get first but until mid morning which ended up being a decent size Cuda :huh Next fish came on a Shimano flat fall jig while we were drifting. Ended up being a snake King that was released. Later in the morning we had a huge boil on the short kite bait :grin and it was just a giant Bonita :banghead there was tons of flyers (especially in close 85'-100') and clean blue water with a good current, but couldn't find a Sail anywhere. Tried all over from 85' - 250' without seeing one Sail. Didn't see anyone else around us hook up to one either. One guy at the dock said he caught two :shrug Those small Kings were everywhere though. They weren't even big enough to eat the Gogs we had out at times. We saw them skying everywhere, but at most they were only a couple pounds.

Anyone have better luck today?
