What is the best way to clean scum off bottom of abative painted boat.

I have scum and some barnacles on my hull and I do not want to compromise the ablative bottom. I am afraid a power washer would take the paint off.
Thanks

You can't - and should not - clean a bottom-painted surface as doing so would damage or otherwise strip away/remove the bottom paint.
The entire idea of an ablative paint is that it effectively/slowly/minutely '"peels off" as the boat moves through the water, removing the deposits as well.
