  They work but I like having some sardines on hand for sure. Ill net some mullet before heading out and stop and pick up some dines on the way. Plenty of dines out there right now

  Mullet are great offshore and more hearty than the other baits. Haven't found anything that doesn't like the flavor.

  Finger Mullet are great for Snapper and Mahi. Not so great for kings.

  We were live chumming with finger mullet offshore on Saturday and has sailfish popping up on the surface nailing them all morning long well behind the boat. It was a sight to behold. We caught one of our sails on a finger mullet and the other two on large threadfins. Overall live mullet offshore are best suited for dolphin, although almost anything will eat them.
