Apple, Ireland and the E.U.

Just another reason to not vote for Hillary. Her big money liberal corporations set up overseas with sweetheart deals to avoid taxes and now when it backfires...... who will ultimately lose out? We will.

As you do so please know that Apple made a profit of 53Billion last year alone.
Because if Apple ends up paying Ireland, per the E.U. ruling, they may qualify for a Foreign Tax credit and deduct the $14.5 billion dollars off of their US owed taxes. More for Ireland, less for us. But it will ultimately hurt Ireland as a future business destination for companies like Apple trying to get sweetheart deals.

What is a sweetheart deal? Is that one that no one else can get?
On what grounds?
Sherman.
for ****s sake.
That is a mechanism not a reason. Soon what grounds? Answer the question unless you really cant.
me.
As normal, you never answer a question... just cliches.
it'll take an anti-trust trial to even come close to what we need.
Only like 2% of these go to trial w/o settling.
