  I don't know Ron, looked like a little tusnami, if so act of god, if it was a wake from a cruise ship perhaps, but dock design seemed fine, especially there. Those folks are not litigious like americans.

  Oh, ever seen a 10+ tidal change in the North Sea in northern Europe, good lord that is profound. Got caught once exploring a sandbar a low tide, man that tide came in fast, I could not outrun it and eventually it caught me. But even at that young age no issue as I surfed and could swim really good.....however Oma and Opa were pissed and I was grounded to read Russian not German...odd

  Probably where you learned to use the marret. You might have been to shoot a line through the water to safety
