Haven't been fishing in quite a while due to health issues, my 10 year old was begging to go Saturday morning so I obliged. We were on the dock with a bucket of MUD MINNOWS at first light. 12 pound spinning tackle, #2 gamakatsu hooks, 15# flourocarbon leader. From the first cast at 6:05 to the last cast at 9:30 we caught 44 trout. The biggest was 25 inches, we kept 5 total and released the rest. Action was insane, freelined mudminnows got savaged immediately upon entry! Get out there and get some dinner, trout are on fire! PS: this was from a very well known public dock so I imagine lesser known areas would be crazy right now.

Trout are not like that down this way... been a little slow.
Many things to do.
Knots to be unraveled
