The boat was a former FL guide boat and had 800hrs when i purchased it last year, then I made the previously listed improvements. I have just hung the new motor. All lights and pumps work as they should. I just had the boat sent to Isla Marine to have any and all nicks or dings repaired and stiffy push pole holders installed. With that being said, there are still some cosmetic flaws. The powdercoat on the console door is chipping. The yellow is faded from age, and should be polished. There is some rash on the bottom. Inside the wells are clean, but stained. The gaskets under the hatches should be replaced. The trailer pulls great, but the springs are rusty and will need replacing in the next few years.

i still havent had a chance to run the boat with the new motor. Maverick told me to expect mid to high 30s.
