Have been thinking about picking one of these to carry since it small and light weight. I love the 45 Cal.

Anyone have one and any reviews on it from personal use??

I have had a two-tone .45 for about a year and a half and really like it. I carry it every day in a pocket holster and it is an awesome shooter with surprisingly minimal felt recoil. Actually feels more like a 9mm when shooting. I have put probably 10-15 boxes of ammo through it already and not a single hiccup or jam. It's also very accurate for a short barreled pistol too. Get one, you will not be disappointed at all. They have a great rebate going through the end of the year too with 2 extra mags and a gear bag so jump on it for the free goodies. - HH

Got one last October. Love it! Just got an alien gear iwb 3.0 and you can forget its there....very comfortable. I did get the pierce grip extensions for the shot mags, and got a rebate when I bought for 2 extra short mags and a long mag. Prefer the long mag as there is more grip with my big paws and 2 extra rounds!!!

Which pocket holster do you use? I have a DeSantis but it seems to not sit well in my pocket... to much printing too. just wondering! Thanks!

I carry it in a Desantis Nemesis pocket holster. I do notice a faint outline if I'm sitting down but I usually wear cargo shorts so it blends in pretty well with the "extra outside" pockets standing up. Hope this helps and printing or not, I don't leave home without it.

Since you went 1911 instead, why?
I ask because i already carry the ultra compact from springfield was thinking about adding a 4in xds to my wardrobe. It would be lighter and plastic so i could sweat in it and not worry about wrecking a nice gun.
The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles.
