04 Coastal Bay boarding ladder options

I have recently purchased a 2004 Coastal Bay and need to install a boarding ladder. Any feedback/advice for this particular boat? We prefer at least three steps (we're accepting that we're not 20 anymore)....and there are trim tabs to consider.

Depends how high the bow is on that model I'm sure but you could consider mounting a folding telescoping latter to the bow. Otherwise there are several models that hook over the gunwales and you can remove and stow while underway.

Great question. I have the over the gunnel option now, but I don't like it. I'm interested in any answers. Later this year, I plan to take mine to quality t-tops and have them give me some options. Once I do that, I'm happy to share them.

I'm trying to figure out a solution to this too just ordered a 3 step "Armstrong" style ladder and breakaway mount for it. Will post once I get it mounted. The issue is the way the transom gunwale rolls over and trim tab in the way, you have to fab up a spacer.
