I've been having a overheating issue on my motor so I launched out of PC today to test the new thermostats that I installed. As I was at the boat ramp I noticed one of the guys fishing from shore right by the boat launch reeling in what I thought was a ray. Once he hauled it out of the water onto the rocks I could see that it was a really nice flounder, about 5-7 lbs. I'm not going to say that they are killing the flounder at PC but I did witness a nice one caught today around 9:30 a.m. Hope this helps. By the way,... it seems the thermostats that I installed fixed my overheating problem.

All in about a hour after dark.
Yep.
I would say a good time to fish in port.
