Surf Fishing Jupiter Island Beach

Hope everyone is doing well! I headed over to the Jupiter Island Public Beach this morning at about 7:45. Worked three rods all with pompano rigs. I used sandfleas and fishbites on each hook. Started slow, but after 45 minutes we were on some pompano. Ended up catching 7 fish, 5 of which were keepers! Two of them were pretty chunky. Can't wait to cook them tonight.

In addition, I'm going offshore with a buddy tomorrow morning, should be a great day to fish even though we are getting some westerly winds. Can't decide to just troll or drift around Push Button or just head a few miles south in search for some BTF. Let me know if any of you have recommendations. Also, how's the cobia fishing at the sandpile been?

Tight lines, John
