caught this on a giant chartreuse skitterwalk in a large pond in the middle of my friends cow ranch in the middle of summer and the middle of the day in the edge of a grass flat that was no deeper than 2 feet lol you wouldnt expect a topwater bite in those conditions but thats how i caught my biggest fish ever lol
My nieghbor brought one over a few yrs ago asking me how big his bass was,I told him 7 71/2. He got mad and thought it was over 10. I guess the scale at W/D said it was less than 8. That's the last I ever talked to that guy.
I don't cary a scale. First one was the longest I've caught, but I think it weighed less than the 2nd. I put my biggest peacock bass on too since they're fun to look at :Rockon
