Comparing AC 1600 vs. Hewes Redfisher 16. Which one drafts less, is faster, weighs less? Which one hold its value more?

    Draft: action craft
    Faster: Action craft
Weighs less: i think action craft
Resale and bells and whistles: hewes

Ive owned 4 hewes 16 redfishers and 1 action craft 1600. The hewes rode better in a chop, but given the choice between the 2 it would be action craft. The hewes looks like and seems finished nicer, but for actual performance and fishability the action craft is a better boat. The hewes 16 will porpoise too.

Action Craft - Hewes looks nice, but we ran a lot of them and Action Crafts at work, the Action Crafts were bullet proof, the Hewes developed stress cracks around transom, and deck corners.
