Sanibel Redfish

It has been 4 years since I caught a Redfish on Sanibel and I think if your going to break the Redfish drought it is always good to do it with a 31 inch Red. This fish ate a size 2 all white deceiver.

I was sight fishing for Snook but you do get to see the occasional Red this time of the year and you do get to be a little lucky by being in the right place at the right time.

I had a really good morning today, I picked up 6 Snook and two more Reds. They were not at long as my first Red but these two were really Fat, the second one was like a football.
