So took down some gators this year and looking for some god ways to prepare them. Usually I just fry them into nuggets. If you got another recipe I can try or a sauce to go with my fried gator let me know. Been on a diet waiting for this moment so make it good people. I will not touch another salad till this gator is gone.

1 cup mayo (or 1/2 mayo 1/2 sour cream), 2T mustard (I do not like that FANCY mustard so the yellow stuff works for me) , Hot sauce, Worcestershire, Black pepper, garlic, lemon juice, chopped onion or chives. I have a friend that makes Datil pepper relish, so I add that too. I just start mixin and tastin till I am happy. Always comes out good.
Better if it sits in the fridge for a day or two.

What do u get when you can connect the dots, color inside the lines, and get your release papers.....sentence served, times up at Felon sentenced university.
Floridas first woman's college.
The only difference between FSU and all the other colleges are other colleges accept you into the university's. At FSU you are taken into custody.
A lot of good suggestions here below... I had the same question you did...

Lately I've been doing a lot of citrus / soy marinade with either brown sugar or honey (don't do both) plus a touch of cayenne. Some marinades have had a little cumin in there, some haven't. Been putting them on skewers and grilling and they have been great as apps, or with veggies as part of an entre.
Curry still my favorite, though.
