Houseboat in black creek

I've been watching the house boat anchored in black creek get lower and lower in the water by the bow,
I'm sure there is a small leak. I'm guessing in the coming weeks it could possible sink .
I use to see the owner out there almost every weekend .not so much in the past month or so
Can someone pass this on the the fwc possibly run the numbers and contact the owner .

I don't understand how this is allowed so often in Florida. The boat legally requires a current registration to be in the water, right? I've heard of a guy getting a ticket just running his old boat at a ramp, still attached to his trailer without a current registration. Seems whoevers name is on the last registration, or bill of sale would be on the hook for this. I'm pretty sure if the FWC saw you pour a five gal bucket of old gasoline off a dock, you would go to jail on the spot and get a huge fine...and that's not even a navigational hazard!
