  recently a number of friends have gotten the oilless/infrared fryers and to be honest...the food they put out with them is downright delicious!

  I honestly use my nice pressure cooker to fry. Dont do it often but the right model will let you fry AND you can do ton other types of cooking done with it. Wife wont mind either cuz its a "pressure cooker" not a fryer. Wink wink.

  I have a Delonghi, really like it. Easy to use and clean. I leave the oil stored in the fryer and after 4 or 5 fry days change it out.
