NAPLES, Fla. - Naples' Jeffrey Bowles' recent catch of a 10-pound, 9-ounce yellowtail snapper was certified as a state record by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Committee's Division of Marine Fisheries Management on Tuesday.
