Went out of Palm Beach and slow trolled a few Gogs around off of lost tree. Outside rod got a strike and I could tell the bait was getting eaten slowly. Look at my buddy and said "**** shark"! I put some pressure on it and it made a decent run. Still nothing too impressive. Gain some line back, can't see color and it runs off again. Now I'm thinking this is gonna be an all day affair with this "shark". Chase it down one more time and now I got color... Silver?!?!? Had me confused! Ended up being a #35 King. Just didn't have that typical King fight and runs. Buddy gaffed it and it's in the boat. Had to get my photo opp in standing at the bow and I ate it hard!! Lower back still lit up lol

Looks like he got the worse part of that encounter. Sometimes fishing is a lot more dangerous than we think, good to hear you didn't get hurt too bad.
