CK - 3-14 - 3/22 - Sheepshead [late reports] [video]

Took my uncle and his son (my cousin) out for some sheepshead last Sunday; just got around to editing the video:

The bite was active for hours (till we ran out of shrimp!). Spent most of the time in around 20'. This was my cousin's first time ocean fishing, so I think he's pretty hooked now. Kept a handful of sheepsheads for them to go home with, and hit the flats on the way in. In about 4' of water we stumbled on a school of silver/sand trout that were on FIRE, and of nice sizes (~15-17"), meaning they felt like 20"+ spotted sea trout!

Also went out the previous week with Nia, and she found some nice 5lb sheepshead as well (photo below). No monsters, but plenty fun on redfish gear!

Clarity has been HORRIBLE!...its my least favorite thing about CK. The silt in the water is really thick... and that combined with the suwanee outflow... yuck.
