  or soak them in half Italian Dressing and half soy sauce overnight...and put on the grill, good stuff!

  You sure they weren't rudder jacks or lesser AJs? There have been tons of them out there lately. I like them and AJs quite fine on the grill when fresh. Don't care for it as much once it's been frozen.

  Smaller better, less worms. Good sweet firm meat. Some call it Yellowtail Jack. Sushi delacacy.
