  Ponce inlet treated us good this week. I got the 30lb Saturday and next trip out my buddy Scotty got his first redfish. A whopping 38lber on a live pinfish on 20lb braid no less. What a fight. 44"x28"! Released unharmed! I dont know why they wont come up straight.?

  One more time! I beat my old fish by a bit, hahaha. Last day on the water fished all day with live pinfish. My brother was banging black drum on shrimp, I told him I want to get one before we leave. I put on a shrimp and BAM this big bull hits! 44"x30" 44lbs woohoo! Is it always this easy?

  that's a couple of big dog fish, way to go man. I thought those big reds had moved offshore by now. Gonna have to get me some big pinfish.

  The biggest one hit on a shrimp. We were planning to fish offshore but the wind wouldn't subside. I'm glad it blew like it did. I can't wait to get back down there and try again. Big thanks to my brother John for having such a sweet boat and putting up with his crazy lil brother for a week! That's it for now, I guess NJ stripers are my next victim. Lol

  Nice fishes!! I've had similar success in ponce with pinfish. When I can get in there with my little jonboat.
