Got out in the river today with a buddy, fishing was decent but had a steady 20 mph wind gusting to 30's guess winter is moving in, anyways I caught some decent ones, he got a a few bigger ones, this week we will be hunting Big Brown trout.

I like it. Go to Colorado & N. Mexico yearly for my "sweet water trout" fix. What were you using?

Nymphing, egg pattern as an attractor..various droppers, Shop Vac's and Hare's Ears did most the work.

And that was the warm before the storm, was actually in the low to mid 50's but the wind made it a bit colder.
