  Don't believe everything you read i the paper, and nothing posted by lucky or spear.
  
  My company spent over $150,000 protecting bottom resources in the artificial reef area when we had no legal obligation, permit obligation or contract obligation to do so.
  
  We are environmentally responsible contractors and did whats right even though it cost us a bundle!
