Led light bars
i have seen plenty of boats with all different kinds of lights mounted on the front to help see while driving in the dark. i was wondering if anyone has any recommendations of a good light bar to mount on the bow of my almost finished new to me duck boat. any tips to look for when shopping would be appreciated(size, brand, lumen). not trying to break the bank but it gets difficult driving, shining, and looking at the gps when its just myself on the boat. thanks

I've used a Wagner 4509 bulb Hardhat light for over 30 years. Good thing is you can look side to side to see cuts, trails, and places you might want to set up.
And burn retinas off those who get too close

Rule 20 - Application
(a) Rules 20-31 shall be complied with in all weathers.
(b) The Rules concerning lights shall be complied with from sunset to sunrise, and during such times no other lights shall be exhibited, except such lights which cannot be mistaken for the lights specified in these Rules or do not impair their visibility or distinctive character, or interfere with the keeping of a proper look-out.
That's kinda what I was thinking. I remember guys getting tickets for lights mounted near the bow light because they basically negated it. A spot on you head or on top of a T-top wouldn't do that.
