New Wheel Wrap

Just got the wheel on my Hells Bay wrapped by Richard at Skinny Water. Went with the black and blue 2-tone cord and it came out awesome. Ship him the wheel and he sends in back in a few days.

Top notch quality and fast turn around….me happy.

$200 and up depending on the size of the wheel.

To answer your question on the chair…well………….....it's a chair.

that real nice looking. I have been messing around with some basic braiding of 550 paracord and even the simple wraps are difficult. I can not imagine doing what that complex.
It works 60% of the time all the time......

Will that cause the wheel to corrode under the wrap?

    That's an aluminum wheel right?

I always thought that the edsons were 316 stainless.

The wheels on the skiff are made of something Edson calls Almag.

Almag is an Aluminum/Magnesium alloy known for its high corrosion resistance and strength…doubt it will ever corrode cause the nylon paracord dries quickly.

Well the H2O leaves the nylon but does the NaCl? I guess it doesn't matter it will be covered anyway.
