A special thanks to Catdad100 for the info.
Went out on the Destiny on a 6 hr trip after the 8hr trip was cancelled and the Sweet Jody trip was also cancelled (we were the only two signed up for the Sweet Jody).
I got 2 red snapper in my first 3 drops. Then we settled into Mingos (vermilion snapper) and put a hurting on them.
It was a great trip. The tackle & rigs were good, mates had great attitudes, they only mentioned tips once or twice and IMO earned them.
We caught a bunch of fish and even threw quite a few back - small grunts and some yellow-colored bass-like thing they call squirrel fish out of Tampa. (Last West Central trip, I fished with them for bait & caught grouper.)
Was amazed at how many pinfish there were at the marinas and on the beaches. Saw quite a few large cigar minnows in smallish schools (50-100) knee deep along the beach in the morning. If I come back up I will be cast-netting them.
