I'm looking to replace my standard skimmer transducer with new technology. I understand sonar basics and CHIRP, but am looking for what experiences you've had running a CHIRP or other large element transducer with Lowrance HDS. Navico/Lowrance recommends the Airmar TM 150 (through Lowrance Sonarhub). Does anyone have experience running this setup? Or any other CHIRP transducer with Lowrance or Simrad? My primary use will be for reading bottom in 60'-200'.
