New way for me to eat pig!

I'm sure is not new for some, in fact I was very disappointed I didn't try it sooner. Been trying to come up with different ways to serve my family pork form our seemingly unlimited supply of wild hogs. I stopped by Dan's Meat market in Okeechobee after the most recent hog killing for some suggestions. He makes a mean breakfast sausage, but have plenty, he can cut real nice chops, but have plenty of them as well. There is only so much you can do with hams. Knowing my kids love venison cube steak, I asked if he could do the same with pork? If you have never tried it this way, don't! It will cause you to abandon your taste for venison. Lightly breaded and pan fried eats better than exceptionally well. Probably not the healthiest thing you can eat, but I want there to be something wrong with me when I die. Just like not having life insurance, it should be a tragedy when you leave this world. Harder to grieve with a half a million in the bank.

Anyway, just wanted to share with the group. It might cause you to look at the hog for something other than sausage or pulled pork.

Regards,
Bob
