Is it legal to dive for lobsters during mini season on the bridges between Bahia Honda and big pine key also between little torch and big pine and ramrod and little torch? With the 300 ft from an established business dolphin marina is right next to the bridge also the big pine key resort is next to the other bridge any help?

Your best bet would be to contact the FWC Office down there. The number for the Marathon Office is not publicly listed. The number for the Miami Office (which oversees the Marathon Office) is 305-956-2500.

You cannot dive for lobster within 100 yards of a bridge that allows fishing. Not sure what you're referring to as far as the business. However, there is a Monroe county ordinance that says you cannot lobster in a residential canal unless you live there and it can only be on your property line. I believe Fwc can't technically enforce that but we will ask you to leave.
