Exactly!....You'd be rooting for Germany today (not by choice), if our Boys hadn't come in. :blowkiss

Boring...and in Spanish... add in a few commercials and you have quite a trifecta. :rotflmao

I see someone got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning....
I doubt that you were "just watching"
Huh? I watched most of the game, missing the goal of course. Once I was certain no vuvuselas were present I was able to watch, even while annoyed by goal differential, strange offsides rules, seemingly random extra time(stoppage time?), constant flopping, suspensions for grabbing shirts, goalies with odd and random colors, leprechauns calling the field a pitch, using baddazz sleds as stretchers, game clock that defies the laws of space/time, players that would be divers if soccer didn't exist, people saying things like "the US has reached the knockout round for second straight world cup for the first time", and much more.
But Im in.
Every four years certain Americans pretend to like soccer. I am not one of them. It. Really. Sucks.
Just go outside and try to make a soccer ball "bend"...(or curve) when you kick it...and then watch some guy who has just ran probably 5 or 6 miles "bend" a soccer ball around a line of men (all holding their peckers of course...:grin)...and he'll put it right where he wants it the corner of the net.
Only hockey comes close to being that fit to play.........but even then they get a rest every few shifts.
just sayin....
