  The Global Ocean Commission recommends that the United Nations and national governments restrict fishing in international waters, eliminate fishing subsidies, step up the fight against illegal fishing, reduce pollution, and establish greater international cooperation on marine issues.
  
  A few of these are definitely good ideas.
  
  eliminate fishing subsidies - Yes
  step up the fight against illegal fishing - Yes
  reduce pollution - Yes

  It is not the responsibility of the United States to solve the problems of other countries.

  That's all I know for now, I got their agenda in some Libertarian emails, I might have got one this morning also, haven't read it yet.
